Flatten the Layer
If you want to export and Image as WebP you can only have one Layer so make a right click on any Layer and Click on Flatten Image
Make sure you are in the right mode
It is necessary to be in RGB and 8 Bit Mode. To ensure that, Click on Image and check where you hit the Marks at.
Save as WebP
Now you can export your Image as WebP by Clicking on Save As… And select WebP as Export Format.
